How many people do I need to qualify for group travel rates?
Snyder Tours considers 10 to 10,000 people a group. Minimum group sizes may apply to certain arrangements and will bediscussed with your Snyder Tours Representative.

What types of travel can Snyder Tours arrange?
Snyder Tours has specialists in all areas of travel. We can assist with motorcoach tours, air travel groups, rail groups, and cruises. We have experts in many facets of the travel industry. Our expertise ranges from one day tours and trips, overnight tours and trips, transportation management, cruises, corporate meetings and incentives and event planning.

Are schedules subject to change?
Yes.

What is your deposit/payment policy?
One day tours require payment in full to reserve seats. Overnight tours require a minimum $200 per person deposit. Final payment must be received by Snyder Tours 45 days prior to departure date or space will be cancelled.

What forms of payment does Snyder Tours accept?
Snyder Tours accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks.

What is your cancellation policy?
It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Group and individual cancellations are subject to penalties assessed by tour suppliers and transportation providers. These penalties will be outlined when initial group deposits are made.

Do I need a passport to enter into Canada on land?
U.S. and Canadian citizens will need to present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, plus proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate or passport. This policy may be changing in the Summer of 2008 to require a passport as is the case for flying into Canada.

Can Snyder Tours assist me with combining my small group with others?
Absolutely! Snyder Tours can assist in combining your group with other smaller groups to maximize buying power and possibly lower costs. We also recommend that you join our Club Star Group Leader program where you can network with other Group Leaders at monthly programs.

Can you send a representative along with my group?
Of course! Snyder Tours has a great team of Tour Directors with years of experience in escorting groups each with different areas of expertise and knowledge. We’ll find the expert for your destination and make the arrangements to send them along.
